Meet David and Susan
David and Susan Elizabeth Hind are the leaders of TLC.
They are very nice people (really)! Here is a little bit about them:
David loves God (that is probably a relief for you to hear!), the Bible, music, Derby County, Sky Sports News, playing golf, keeping fit, his family, food and attacking life with relish.
Susan also loves God, his Word and his Presence, music, enjoying creation, exercise, writing, reading, being creative, love, laughter and family meals. In fact, it is only the sporty things on David’s list she endures rather than enjoys!
David and Susan have been happily married for nearly 25 years and they have two grown-up sons, Sam and Tom and a daughter-in-law, ‘the lovely Philippa’.
To catch something of their hearts, they live with the tension of two realities:
- Immense satisfaction with who God is, what he is doing and their life, which is the best life ever, according to them.
- And, divine discontent with the state of Leicester, the nation and the world. They are longing for a move of the Spirit and a great harvest.
